Hi, I'm Burak — an onsite IT specialist based in San Diego, CA. With a Computer Science degree and hands-on experience in network installation, structured cabling, and device setup, I help homes and businesses get their technology working properly.

I started out doing onsite network and cabling work after seeing too many clients stuck with sloppy cable runs, misconfigured routers, and spotty Wi-Fi that nobody ever fixed right. YAP VOICE grew out of the same idea applied to the phone: small businesses were losing calls they never even knew about. My approach either way is simple — show up prepared, do the job properly, and explain everything in plain language.
